Slate's Chatterbox has a great piece today on something I've been wondering about for awhile now. Just what the hell were the Dairy Queen people thinking when they named their new drink the MooLatte? Be sure to read to the end - the "JooLato" bit is priceless. And while we're at it - marketing it as a coffee drink? Last time I checked, a coffee avored drink whose primary ingredient is ice cream isn't a coffee drink, it's a milkshake. I'm not sure what's worse - the marketing campaign or the fact that America will probably fall for it.
