OK, now they're saying there was new information that promoted the heightened state of alert. Which is it? Is it that hard to get the story straight? Either its based on info from 4 years ago, or its based on new info. Why this back and forth? Has anyone in the Dept. of Homeland Security ever taken a public relations 101 class? Don't they understand how critical it is that they present the correct information the FIRST TIME?
