Those much hearlded abstinence-only sex-ed programs that Bush so loves to push? Seems they're having quite an effect on kids in Texas. Amazing.
New research shows that after completing the program, both high schoolaged boys and girls are... wait for it... MORE likely to have sex after completing the program than they were prior to entering the program.
Bob... tell them what they get for the efforts!
Why... due to the success of the programs, and in recognition of all their hard work, the new budget allocates an additional $39 million in funding! Congratulations!
