UPDATE: I'm adding the following and moving this to the top of the blog, because, well... I just can't believe this. The GOP response to this hero is just unbelievable This is the modern Republican party in action. Every time I think they can't possibly sink any lower, they do.

UPDATE II: Amazing what happens when you combat lies with the truth. What baffles me is why Kerry never took this approach. Dukakis was hit with Willie Horton and never fought back. He lost. Clinton was hit with everything including the kitchen sink. He won. Both times. Kerry was hit by the Swift Boat Liars for Truth. He lost. This is not hard to figure out people. I mean, this is kindergarten playground stuff here. Bullies and liars only understand one thing. They hit you? You hit back. Otherwise there's no reason for them to stop. Sure, the truth will prevail. But that doesn't mean you might not have to fight to make it happen.
