Just in case you haven't seen this yet... the man in charge of FEMA cut his chops as... wait for it... the "Judges and Stewards Commissioner" for the International Arabian Horses Association. While there, he did such a good job, he was asked to resign and described as an "unmitigated, total...disaster." Surprise! For that he was brought in to run FEMA. Bizarre? Not quite. Turns out he's a close friend of a close friend of the president. --------
