Kevin is right. The lead for the GM story writes itself. A lack of universal health care is putting US corporations at a huge competitive disadvantage. So why don't more people understand this? And why haven't Fortune 500 companies lined up to demand government level the playing field by creating a similar system here? It's one of the most baffling things about the debate over health care in this country.
