In the end it wasn't Democrats that convinced Nixon to resign, it was Barry Goldwater and a group of country-before-party Republicans. Now I'm not for even a millisecond putting Grover Norquist in that kind of company, but nevertheless.... if Norquist keeps this up it really could amount to something.

I loathe this man with a passion - anyone who would compare the Estate Tax to the Holocaust deserves their own circle of hell - but the "would you want to see Hillary with these powers" meme is an absolute winner here. And it is one that needs to be spread far and wide.
The president's party controls congress, so whatever happens here will happen in large part because of them. Remember that.
