I had to read this report from ThinkProgress several times before I believed it. We've now spent more on post-war reconstruction in Iraq than we spent on Germany post-WWII. There must be something missing here. Please tell me there's something missing here. What about international contributions to each effort? This cannot possibly be true, can it?
