Yesterday the Washington Post gave us a report on a new critique of President Bush among conservatives that he has not aggressive enough in foreign policy. Today, in the same paper, we get another story about how members of his own party will be running against his policy agenda in the upcoming mid-terms. Only this time, the charge leveled by Republicans is that he has been too arrogant.
So... which is it? Is he losing his party because he's been too aggressive, or because he's not been aggressive enough? Or is the GOP in such disarray that both are simultaneously true?
