In case you missed last night's Countdown, ThinkProgress has the video of a confrontation between SecDef Rumsfeld and an Army Corporal at one of his "town hall meetings." Given how deeply ingrained respect for both the chain of command and civilian leadership of the military is in our armed forces, it took an enormous amount of courage for this man to step forward. And in response, Rumsfeld gave him a non-response and then a joke. But don't take my word for it - Watch for yourself.
