Publius adds his latest installment in the ongoing debate over last week's ruling on NSA wiretapping. I love Greenwald's work, and I'm entirely sympathetic to his conclusions, but I think the evidence suggests Publius is dead on in his conclusions. The process of reaching a judicial opinion matters as much if not more than the conclusion. If the rule of law is to mean anything it must at least mean that.
