Here's my question: what took you so long? I don't care if telling the truth - under oath - would have infuriated civilian command. Your duty is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, not the Secretary of Defense.
And while I'm at it... if it took you this long to admit the truth, why should we trust anything you say now?
