Yet Another Fiasco

It just goes on and on...

(CBS) The recent security breach at Los Alamos National Laboratory was very serious, with sensitive materials being taken out of the facility — possibly including information on how to deactivate locks on nuclear weapons, officials tell CBS News.

Officials say there is no evidence the information taken from Los Alamos was sold or transferred to anybody else, but there is no way to be sure right now.

Remeber that when they didn't find WMD, Rummy reminded us that "the absence of evidence isn't the evidence of absence." Sure, its a favorite line of conspiracy theorists everywhere, but it was was Rummy who brought it up, not me.

But seriously, is there anything these people can do right? A security breach at Los Alamos related to nuclear weapons technology? First they publish papers - in Arabic, no less - telling the world how to build a bomb, and now their letting even more advanced weapon-design data leave one of the most secretive labs in the world. Wonderful.
