So let me get this straight... we're not allowed to discuss the details of the president's warrantless wiretapping or detainee interrogation programs because "the enemy" might learn what we're doing and adapt. But posting the U.S. military’s new 282-page counterinsurgency manual on the web for the entire world to see apparently presents no problems.
Please explain the logic. Because I cannot.
