Normally I'd dismiss this as a bit of accidental truth telling. That he did it at the end of the day on a Friday, however, makes me wonder if this wasn't planned in advance.
Either way, its nice to see someone in the administration telling the truth about this for one. Our all-volunteer force can't fight this kind of war without some serious backup.
