Shorter NRO on Democracy: Good for Iraq, bad for DC. It's all about power, not principle!
No Andrew, there is no way to justify this. DC residents are taxed, but they have no say over how their taxes are spent, this despite the fact that they are residents of the so-called "capital of the free world." Apparently this makes sense to Republicans.
