Interesting approach.
It starts with an attack - "If speeches could create jobs, we wouldn't be facing a recession." - and then moves on to a brief review of her work in the Senate to pass legislation to create jobs. It then concludes with a request: "Tell Hillary to keep working on these solutions for the middle class."
I'm in. Hey Hillary. Please stay in the Senate so that you can keep working on these solutions for the middle class. Your country needs you there!
