I've notice over the course of the night a lot of confusion around the blogs about the "% reporting" stat. The % is "precincts reporting," not "% of the total vote," or "% of the total voters," or whatever. And depending on how a state defines precincts, they may not even be remotely similar to one another in size.
Just something to keep in mind going forward.
